LiveryDraw

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026. These terms should be reviewed by your legal adviser before launch.

1. About LiveryDraw

LiveryDraw (“we”, “us”, “the initiative”) is a charitable giving programme operated by Aurora Consulting. By making a contribution or entering the draw, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of the initiative

LiveryDraw is a charitable giving programme with fellowship benefits. It is not a lottery or a form of gambling. There are no cash prizes. Contributions support the charitable and community activities of the participating Livery Companies and their patrons, and each contribution carries a single entry into the periodic Fellowship Draw for heritage-appropriate experiences.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to companies and organisations associated with the Livery. The named contact must be aged 18 or over and authorised to act for the company.

4. Sponsorship and entries

A company sponsors the draw at a chosen level (Legacy, Realm or Heritage). Each level runs its own draw, and each sponsorship provides one entry into that level’s draw. Every entrant within a level stands an equal chance of selection. The heritage experiences are awarded to the company drawn at each level and grow with the level; every company that takes part is recognised as a supporter of the cause.

5. The draw and selection of winners

Winners are selected using a physical mechanical draw with numbered balls. Each draw is livestreamed and recorded, and recordings are published for participants to review. The result of each draw is final.

6. Rewards

Rewards are experiential and heritage-appropriate (for example, seats at Livery dinners, hall tours, curated wine, VIP invitations, or charitable donations made in the winner’s name). Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Specific rewards are subject to availability.

7. Cancellation and refunds

A company may pause or cancel its sponsorship at any time. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. Sponsorships already paid are charitable in nature and are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. By proceeding to payment you authorise the recurring sponsorship at your chosen level until cancelled.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
