LiveryDraw is operated by Aurora Consulting (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our registered address is Guildhall, City of London, EC2V 7HH.

2. The data we collect

When you enter the draw, apply to sponsor, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, the Company or organisation you are associated with, your chosen contribution level, and any message you send us. When you make a payment, our payment provider collects and processes your payment details on our behalf; we do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to administer your contributions and entries, to conduct and publish draws, to deliver rewards, to respond to enquiries, to send you service communications, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the performance of a contract (administering your contribution), your consent (where given, for example for marketing), and our legitimate interests (operating and improving the initiative), and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing your data

We share data only where necessary: with our payment provider to process contributions, with service providers who help us operate the initiative, and with the relevant Company where required to deliver a reward. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law (for example, financial records are typically retained for six years).

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
